Cancellation & Refunds:
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee.
Shows Delivered but Not Received
If the order has been marked as delivered, however it has not been received by you- please report to us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered so we can escalate the issue with the courier partner. Once 48 hours have crossed- we won't be able to dispute the delivery status- therefore, no refund can be processed.
Delivery Cancellation / Rejection:
If a customer does not accept the parcel and it gets returned inspite of repeated delivery attempts, a refund will be processed after deducting the logistics costs (Cost will vary depending on location) and restocking fees of 10%. If a customer has returned 3 orders, all future orders will be cancelled until complete logistic and restocking costs have been paid by the customer. For such customers, only prepaid orders will be dispatched in the future only once all outstanding logistics and restocking charges have been fully paid.
